There's a certain amount of tension in the Valley of the Sun these days. The Phoenix Mercury aren't overly deflated about Lauren Jackson's decision to stay with the Seattle Storm, but the franchise that claimed the 2007 league championship is waiting for Penny Taylor to decide on her future.
