While the attention of most U.S. fans of women's basketball was directed toward the University of Connecticut's romp through the NCAA Final Four in St. Louis, Missouri, last week, there was another Final Four underway across the pond in Salamanca, Spain. But was it serendipity that it was a UConn Huskie who was busy leading her Russian team, Spartak Moscow, to its third straight EuroLeague title?
