Today will be Full Court's last on the Scout.com network. But rest assured that Full Court is alive and well and will once again be available, privately hosted, at our original domain, www.fullcourt.com.

Today will be Full Court's last on the Scout.com network. While our readers and subscribers may experience a temporary service disruption while we change our web hosts, for which we sincerely apologize, please rest assured that Full Court Press is alive and well and will shortly be available again at our original domain, www.fullcourt.com.

For nearly 13 years, Full Court Press has provided a home for fans, coaches and players of women's basketball, offering in-depth analysis and coverage at all levels of the sport -- from high school and collegiate recruiting through NCAA to the pros (both here and abroad). We've covered international women's basketball events from the European Championships, to the Women's World Championships and the Olympics, as well as developmental level international competition.

In 2005, our original publisher, Clay Kallam, joined hands with Scout.com as a host for the site in order to broaden even further the range of services available to our subscribers through the Scout.com network. Over the last four years, our relationship with Scout has offered our subscribers access to Associated Press photographs and well as to women's basketball-related content from various collegiate and high school sites affiliated with the network. We, in turn, have provided Scout's subscribers with expansive coverage of women's basketball and, over the last six months, coverage of high school and collegiate recruiting as well.

In order to make such an arrangement work, however, BOTH parties need to be as committed as we are to providing top quality coverage of women's basketball and service to our subscribers. Unfortunately, Scout opted to cancel our existing contract, and in part to protect our subscribers from the substantial rate hikes proposed by Scout during a period of economic downturn, we have opted to return Full Court Press and Full Court Prep to our original, privately hosted status.

We had hoped to obtain greater cooperation from Scout in making this transition as seamless as possible for our subscribers and thousands of registered message board users. Unfortunately, that assistance has not been forthcoming to date. As a result, we ask that if you have any difficulty in logging into your account at www.fullcourt.com at our new home, please contact leem@fullcourt.com for assistance.

We will miss our friends on Scout's affiliated sites, and wish Scout.com the very best in what it does best -- the coverage of men's athletics. We would like to offer our particular thanks to Moni Samek in Scout's Publisher Support Department for her patience and cooperation in improving the presentation and appearance of the site over the past year. As always, we appreciate the loyalty of our readers and their passion for women's basketball, and can't wait for you to join us at the privately hosted www.fullcourt.com. Sincerely, Lee Michaelson Publisher Full Court Press/Full Court Prep
